日頃より SACLA HPC をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2026年7月21日（火）に当ヘルプデスクから送信いたしました下記メールにつきまして、一部の利用者様へ配信エラーにより届いていないことが
判明いたしました。つきましては、アカウントのセキュリティ保持および適切な運用のため、以下の通り対応を実施いたします。
【対象メールの詳細】
・送信者（差出人）：hpc-helpdesk@spring8.or.jp
・件名：[Notice] SACLA HPC Service Suspension (July 30 - August 7, 2026)
【利用者様へのお願い】
上記メールが届いていない（確認できない）場合は、至急、確実に連絡が取れるメールアドレスへの変更手続きをお願いいたします。
＜変更方法＞
1. Webからの変更（VPN接続が可能な場合）：
以下のサイトより、ご自身で連絡先メールアドレスの変更が可能です。

2. HPCヘルプデスクへの連絡（VPN接続ができない場合）：
下記メールアドレス宛に直接ご連絡ください。
【今後のスケジュール・制限措置】
・2026年9月中旬ごろ：
ご連絡および登録変更が確認できない場合、該当の SACLA HPC アカウントを一時的に無効化（ロック）いたします。
・2027年8月末日：
アカウント無効化後もご連絡がない場合、対象アカウントを完全に削除いたします。

We have identified that the notification email sent on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, failed to reach some users due to delivery errors.
To maintain account security and ensure proper system management, we will be taking the following actions regarding
SACLA HPC accounts.

If you did NOT receive the email listed above, please update your registered email address to a valid one immediately.

- Mid-September 2026:
Accounts for which no update or contact is confirmed will be temporarily locked (disabled).
- August 31, 2027:
If we still receive no response after the lockout, the target SACLA HPC account will be permanently deleted.
