【重要】夏期点検調整期間中のネットワーク設備メンテナンスのお知らせ（2026年8月2日(日)、8月8日(土)～9日(日)、8月11日(火・祝)）
2026年度夏期点検調整期間中、通信環境の安定化を目的としたネットワーク設備(瞬時電圧低下保護装置)の更新メンテナンスを実施いたします。
これに伴い、以下のスケジュールにてネットワークの一時的な通信断が発生いたします。
ご利用の皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
■メンテナンス概要一覧

【影響①】全般的なネットワークメンテナンス
作業期間：2026年8月2日(日) 8:00 ～ 17:00
影響範囲：所内向けネットワーク通信、および所外向けインターネット通信全般
影響内容：期間中に最大5回程度、1回につき15分間程度の通信断が断続的に発生します。
補足： 蓄積リング棟内の「ビームラインネットワーク」は、別途メンテナンスによる停止期間中のため、
本作業に関わらずご利用いただけません。
【影響②】蓄積リング棟のネットワークメンテナンス
作業期間：2026年8月8日(土) 8:00 ～ 8月9日(日) 17:00
影響範囲：蓄積リング棟内の以下のネットワーク
外側室（試料準備室）、内側室（測定準備室）、その他外周部のSPring-8 OA-LAN、BL-USER-LAN、User Zone
蓄積リング棟内のWi-Fi接続
影響内容：期間中に最大15回程度、1回につき15分間程度の通信断が断続的に発生します。

作業期間：2026年8月11日(火・祝) 8:00 ～ 17:00
影響範囲：以下の建屋のSPring-8 OA-LAN、およびWi-Fi接続
中尺BL実験棟、中尺BL研究棟、RI実験棟、組立調整実験棟、ハイスループット棟、および放射光普及棟
影響内容：期間中、各建屋において2回程度、それぞれ15分間程度の通信断が発生します。

[Important] Notification of Network Maintenance During Summer Shutdown Period (Aug 2, Aug 8–9, Aug 11)
During the FY2026 Summer Shutdown Period, we will carry out maintenance to stabilize our network communication environment (upgrading the instantaneous voltage drop protection devices).
Consequently, temporary network service interruptions will occur according to the schedule below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Date & Time: Sunday, August 2, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Impacted Area: All internal & external Internet communications
Impact (Estimated Interruption): Up to 5 times (approx. 15 mins each)
(2) Date & Time: Saturday, August 8, 8:00 AM –Sunday, August 9, 5:00 PM
Impacted Area: Part of LAN & Wi-Fi in the SPring-8 Storage Ring Building
Impact (Estimated Interruption): Up to 15 times (approx. 15 mins each)
(3) Date & Time: Tuesday, August 11 (Holiday), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Impacted Area: OA-LAN & Wi-Fi in the Medium-length Beamline Facility, RI Laboratory,
Accelerator and Beamline R&D Facility, High-throughput Facility, and Public Relations Center
Impact (Estimated Interruption): Approx. 2 times per building (approx. 15 mins each)

[Impact (1)] Overall Network Maintenance
Work Period: Sunday, August 2, 2026, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Impacted Area: Internal network communications and all external internet communications.
Impact Details: Temporary service interruptions (up to 5 times, approximately 15 minutes each) will occur
intermittently during this period.
Note : "Beamline network" in the SPring-8 Storage Ring Building is already suspended due to separate maintenance
and will remain unavailable during this work.
[Impact (2)] Network Maintenance in the SPring-8 Storage Ring Building
Work Period: Saturday, August 8, 2026, 8:00 AM – Sunday, August 9, 2026, 5:00 PM
Impacted Area: The following networks within the SPring-8 Storage Ring Building:
SPring-8 OA-LAN, BL-USER-LAN, and User Zone in the sample preparation rooms,
experiment preparation rooms, and other peripheral areas.
Wi-Fi connections in the SPring-8 Storage Ring Building.
Impact Details: Temporary service interruptions (up to 15 times, approximately 15 minutes each) will occur
intermittently during this period.
[Impact (3)] Network Maintenance for Each Building
Work Period: Tuesday, August 11, 2026 (Public Holiday), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Impacted Area: SPring-8 OA-LAN and Wi-Fi connections in the following buildings:
Medium-length Beamline Facility, RI Laboratory,
Accelerator and Beamline R&D Facility, High-throughput Facility, and Public Relations Center.
Impact Details: Temporary service interruptions (approximately 2 times per building, 15 minutes each) will occur
during this period.

ビームラインネットワーク停止のお知らせ（2026年7月31日(金)～8月3日(月)）
全停電に伴うシステムメンテナンスのため、以下の期間、ビームラインネットワークを停止いたします。
■停止期間
2026年7月31日(金) 13:00～8月3日(月) 17:00
■影響範囲
上記の日時において、ビームラインネットワークのエッジスイッチから基幹ネットワーク側への通信が利用不可となります。
蓄積リング棟側室（測定準備室・試料準備室） のビームラインネットワークの情報コンセントから基幹ネットワーク側への通信
が利用不可となります。また、ビームラインネットワーク以外からビームラインネットワークへの通信も利用不可となります。

[Notice] Beamline Network Suspension due to Electric Power Cut (July 31 – Aug 3, 2026)
Due to system maintenance associated with an electric power cut within the whole SPring-8 site,
the beamline network will be temporarily suspended during the period below.
■Outage Period
Friday, July 31, 2026, 13:00 to Monday, August 3, 2026, 17:00
■Scope of Impact
During the period above, the following communications will be unavailable:
・Edge Switches to Core Network: Communication from beamline network edge switches to the core network.
・Experiment/Sample Preparation Rooms: Communication to the core network from information wall sockets
for the beamline network,located in the experiment/sample preparation rooms within the storage ring building.
・Inbound/Outbound Traffic: Communication from outside the beamline network to the beamline network.
